• All ready-made items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order items (such as pet portraits or personalised products) will take longer. Estimated timelines will be communicated during ordering.

• Currently, shipping is available within the UK only.

UK delivery: 2–5 business days once shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, strikes, or seasonal demand.

I take care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition:

• Prints are packaged with cardboard backing to prevent bending.
• Orders are sealed in protective sleeves or eco-friendly packaging where possible.
• Larger or fragile items are securely wrapped for safe delivery.

Tracking numbers are provided for tracked shipping options.

Standard shipping does not include tracking. Please choose tracked shipping at checkout if you’d like to follow your order’s journey. If tracked shipping is not purchased, your order will be sent untracked.
