Returns & Refunds

At NeuroBloom Studio, each order is handmade or carefully selected with love and care. Because of the nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact me via email. I’ll always do my best to support you and work out a fair solution depending on the item and situation.

✿ Please note, damaged or lost mail does not include:

  • Parcels sent with untracked shipping that go missing.
  • Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

✿ According to Royal Mail, a parcel is not considered “lost” until:

  • 10 working days have passed for UK orders.
